4.1 Details of our fees are provided upon request and are dependent on the scope of the project.

4.2 Payment terms will be agreed upon before the commencement of any work.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellations must be made in writing.

5.2 For online services, a full refund will be provided if cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking. After this time, refunds will be subject to the discretion of JKI Design.

5.3 For in-person services, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6.1 All intellectual property rights in JKI Design's designs and materials remain the property of JKI Design unless otherwise agreed.
